Privacy
This is short because the site does very little. It has no cookies, no advertising trackers, and no accounts for customers. The only information it keeps is what you type into the estimate form, and the only reason it keeps it is so someone can reply to you.

What the estimate form collects
- Your name, phone number, email address and neighborhood.
- What you told me about the job: home size, how often, and anything you wrote in the notes.
- The price the calculator showed you, so a later price change cannot quietly rewrite what you were quoted.
- Which page you were on when you sent it. That is how I can tell which neighborhoods the site is actually reaching.
Photos stay on your phone
If you attach photos of your home to the estimate form, they are not uploaded anywhere. The form counts them so it can mention them in the text message, and nothing else — the photos themselves only leave your phone if you attach them to that message yourself.
The Airbnb host quote form is the exception, and it says so on the form: photos attached there are uploaded, because pricing a turnover without seeing the property is guesswork.
Where it goes
Your request is saved to a database and emailed to me so I know it arrived. Those are the two places it exists. Both are hosted in the United States, by Neon and Resend respectively.
It is never sold, never rented, and never handed to an advertiser or a lead broker. Nobody buys this list, because it is not for sale.
Analytics, and what makes it different
The site counts page views and a handful of actions — whether someone tapped the phone number, whether the estimate form was sent. It does that without cookies and without any identifier that follows you to another website, which is why there is no cookie banner here to click through.
There is no Google Analytics and no advertising pixel, deliberately. Those work by telling a third party what you looked at, and that is a different thing from counting visits.
Text messages
When you send the estimate form, your phone's own messaging app opens with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send, and then it goes from your phone to mine like any other text. Your carrier handles it; this website is not involved.
Having it deleted
Call or text (626) 210-7250 and ask, and I will delete your request and the email it arrived in. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to be a customer.
Requests that never became a booking are cleared out periodically anyway. An old estimate for a house nobody hired me to clean is of no use to anyone.
Children
This is a service for homeowners and tenants. The site is not directed at children and collects nothing from them knowingly.
