Most cleaning companies in Los Angeles quote you an hourly rate and a crew you have never met. That works for them, because an hour is easy to bill and a crew is easy to replace. It works less well for you: nobody learns that the guest bathroom is the one that matters, or that the dog bowl area needs a second pass, or which cabinet the vacuum lives in.
Lumen Clean is one person. The same person. Over three or four visits your home stops needing instructions, and the visit gets better without getting longer — which is the entire economic argument for hiring a solo cleaner instead of an agency.
The price is flat and set before I arrive. If a home turns out to need more than a standard visit covers, I say so before starting rather than after finishing. There is no deep-clean upsell here, because I do not sell deep cleaning at all.

A deep clean is a one-time reset that most companies sell as a mandatory first visit. I do not sell it. A standard visit maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape, and if yours is not there yet, I will tell you honestly rather than book something that will disappoint you.
