Airbnb Turnover Cleaning in Sierra Madre
A one-square-mile village where the same face every visit is the norm.

Short-term stock in Sierra Madre is mostly small: guest cottages, canyon studios, a converted garage with a good view. Small turns are the ones agencies price badly because their minimum is written for a three-bedroom, and it is exactly where a per-turn quote makes a visible difference to a host's margin.
Turnover cleaning for hosts with one to three listings — the hosts every professional crew outgrows. Laundry, fresh linens, beds made properly, restocking, and a final walk-through with the eyes of a guest arriving at 3pm.
What's included
- Wash and dry your linens and towels, or swap prepared sets
- Beds stripped, remade and styled for photos
- Bathrooms reset: towels, paper, amenities restocked
- Kitchen reset: dishes, surfaces, fridge checked for leftovers
- Floors, trash, and all guest-facing surfaces
- Restocking from your par list — coffee, paper goods, soap
- Final guest-ready walk-through before I lock up
- Damage, stains and missing items flagged to you with photos
What this is not
- Guest communication and booking management
- Maintenance, repairs, or handyman work
- Trash haul-out beyond your building's bins
- Off-site laundry unless we agree a linen program
Airbnb turnover in Sierra Madre
Same grid everywhere I work — a neighborhood does not change the price, only the drive.
Indicative per-turn pricing — confirmed against your property before anything is booked.
Includes laundry, fresh linens, beds made, restocking from your list, and a guest-ready walk-through. Linens are yours unless we agree a linen program.
Sometimes, and it costs more — a checkout and check-in on one date compresses everything into about four hours and takes the whole day's capacity. The surcharge is quoted up front, not sprung on you. If a same-day turn genuinely will not fit, I would rather tell you a week ahead than let a guest walk into an unfinished room.
Your linens, my labor, is the default. If laundry is the thing breaking your same-day turns, we can talk about a linen program — roughly three sets per bed, swapped out and laundered between turns — which is the only reliable fix.
Photos. Most cleaners resist sending them because they read it as surveillance. I send them because it is also your evidence if a guest damages something, and because you should not have to take my word for it.
Twelve neighborhoods across the San Gabriel Valley and the eastside, from Glendale and La Cañada Flintridge through Pasadena and Arcadia to Highland Park and Alhambra. Each has its own page with what homes there actually need.
The first visit is priced the same as any one-time clean, and it usually takes longer because we're starting from scratch. Once you're on a recurring schedule the price drops — that's where the discount lives, rather than in a one-off introductory offer.
