That is the whole point. You work with one reliable, detail-oriented person — not a rotating crew — so your preferences are understood over time rather than re-explained every visit.
No, and that is deliberate. Deep cleaning is the universal upsell in this market, usually sold as a mandatory first visit. I would rather price maintenance honestly and tell you if your home is not ready for it than book something that will disappoint you.
